Chip Chop! only accepts returns, refunds and exchanges if the item you have bought is faulty or if we sent you the wrong item/size.
If this is the case, please contact info@mychipchop.com within 7 days
of receiving your order to notify us that you will be returning the item.
You are free to choose a full refund, or exchange the item.
If exchanging the item, you will need to send the item back at your cost,
however postage for the new item will be free when we send it back to you.
Please choose carefully, as no refund will be given for change of mind.
Please keep your receipt for your proof of purchase. No return or exchange on sale items.
